親愛なるミヤタの一周忌によせて

ミヤタが、最初にネイティブの人々の撮影に来た時、彼の映画”ホピの予言“が、この様な歴史的名作の映画になるとは思ってもいませんでした。
この映画は、我々に核による大災害の危険も警告しており、今後５００年も（人々に）語り継がれる事でしょう。
映画“ホピの予言”のメッセージを、我々が受け入れるならば、世界はより平和になる事でしょう。
ミヤタは、“ホピの予言”を我々に伝えるために人生を賭けたのです。
我々は、永遠に彼に感謝しなければなりません！

For Dear Miyata 1st memorial service
When Miyata first came to film Native People, we didn‘t think
that his film, Hopi Prophecy, would become such a classic
motion picture masterpiece.
This film will be talked about for the next 500 years and
includes a message that alerts us to dangers of nuclear
disaster. The world will rest easier if we can hear the message
in film, Hopi Prophecy.
Miyata lived his life that brought Hopi Prophecy to all of us.
We will be forever grateful to him!
